I ate the best Cuban Sandwich at Papi’s Cuban Cafe in Terminal T. We discovered the restaurant enroute to Buffalo. The food made such an impression that we were sure to stop back on our return layover. If you’ve never had a Cuban sandwich, it’s an exquisite combination of roast pork, sliced ham, pickles, mustard and mayo pressed between Cuban bread like a panini. Papi’s makes all their bread in house. Insane deliciousness.
